Mixed Equipment

Explore, strengthen, and sweat using various pieces of equipment including the Reformer, Jump Board, the Wunda or low chair,  the Towers, barrels and more. Each has its own unique way of helping you to find new connections within by both challenging and supporting you through each movement. We are a boutique studio, so these classes are small with 3-4 people per class allowing for lots of opportunity for individual attention.

Mondays at Carmel/mid-valley - 9am (all levels)

Tuesdays at Carmel/mid-valley - 1pm (all levels)

Fridays at Carmel/mid-valley - 10:45am (all levels)

Embodied Pilates (a mindful mat class)

Breathe deeply, drop in, and have some fun while exploring our relationship with gravity. Sometimes we play with props like bands, balls, foam rollers or the magic circle. Other days its just you and the mat, simply and freely.

Tuesday at Carmel Barre in the Barnyard and online via Zoom - 9:15am

Saturday at Yoga Shala by the Sea in Carmel and online via Zoom - 8:45am

Your schedule doesn’t have to fit our schedule with our On Demand video library. Now you can have access anytime you’re in the mood to move to all of your favorite past classes as well as some specialty classes recorded just for the library.

24 hour access pass - $20 Curious about what we have to offer online? Take as many classes as you would like during this day pass to the library

Monthly Membership - $225 Each month you can sign up for all of the live stream classes you like (offered every Tuesday and Saturday morning at 9:15 or 8:45am pst), and also have unlimited access to the on demand video library! You get to create your own personal practice that suits your schedule and movement needs.
